Andrew has nearly 20 years in the real estate and real estate financing industry. Andrew began his career in the real estate industry at age 20, and by age 25, he was the top-producing mortgage broker and general manager of a multi-location, domestically recognized mortgage brokerage firm. At 30, he launched his own successful mortgage company. He later made the decision to join Wells Fargo—the number one mortgage lender and jumbo mortgage lender—as a Private Mortgage Banker in their exclusive Private Mortgage Banking division with The Private Bank and Wealth Management Group in Newport Beach. Originating and specializing in complex, multi-million dollar mortgages for some of the wealthiest and most influential of Orange County’s elite, as well as affluent, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, Andrew continued to climb the real estate financing ranks, exceeding over one billion dollars in career mortgage transactions.

Andrew is and has been a trusted advisor and expert to numerous top Real Estate Agents, Private Bankers, Financial Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and Wealth Advisors—professionals who realize real estate is an important, if not the most vital, component of a wealth portfolio.
